Streams Inc.
Terms of Usage
Effective August 3, 2026
These Terms of Usage (“Terms”) apply when you access or use the Streams platform. By using Streams, you agree to these Terms. If you use Streams on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
Accounts
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement where you live.
The Streams platform
Streams provides tools for creators and audiences to publish, discover, communicate, participate, make requests, and, where available, transact.
Creators control their own content and offerings. Unless Streams clearly states otherwise, the creator—not Streams—is responsible for the description, availability, quality, delivery, and fulfilment of a creator-provided offering.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Streams a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, process, format, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate, secure, and present Streams, including on public pages when you choose to publish it.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit your content. Do not submit content that infringes another person’s rights or unlawfully reveals personal or confidential information.
Acceptable use
Do not use Streams to:
- Break the law or facilitate unlawful activity.
- Deceive, defraud, threaten, harass, or harm others.
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
- Distribute malware or harmful code.
- Interfere with the platform or overload, probe, or bypass its security or access controls.
- Misrepresent your identity, authority, offering, or relationship with another person or organization.
Requests, offers, and payments
Review an offer’s description and any stated price, cancellation, refund, delivery, or fulfilment terms before acting.
When payment features are available, payment processing may be provided by a third party and may be subject to that provider’s terms. A transaction is not complete merely because it was started; completion depends on confirmation through the applicable payment flow.
Third-party and automated features
Links, integrations, and third-party services are governed by their own terms. Streams is not responsible for third-party services it does not control.
Automated or AI-assisted features may produce incomplete or inaccurate information. Verify important information and do not treat automated output as professional legal, financial, medical, or other expert advice.
Platform changes and enforcement
Streams may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We may remove content or restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or the platform, comply with law, or address security or operational risks.
Disclaimers and liability
Streams is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Streams Inc. does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy or reliability of creator-provided content and offerings.
To the extent permitted by law, Streams Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of Streams.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes to these Terms
Streams may update these Terms as the platform changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
