Streams Inc.
Privacy Policy
Effective August 3, 2026
Streams Inc. (“Streams,” “we,” “us”) operates the Streams platform. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use Streams, including accounts, Hubs, Streams, Flows, forms, requests, and payment-enabled features. Creator-provided offerings and third-party services may also have their own privacy notices.
Information we handle
- Account and profile information, such as your email address, sign-in information, display information, account settings, and creator or Hub details.
- Content and activity you provide, such as uploads, form responses, requests, messages, feedback, preferences, and information connected with an offer or transaction.
- Technical information, such as your IP address, browser or device type, requested pages, timestamps, session or security identifiers, and diagnostic or security logs.
- Information from service providers, such as payment status, transaction references, and other information needed to operate an integrated feature.
How we use information
- Create and maintain accounts and keep users signed in.
- Operate, present, troubleshoot, improve reliability, and secure Streams.
- Display content according to creator and user settings.
- Route requests, responses, and other interactions between creators and audiences.
- Process, confirm, and record transactions when payment features are available.
- Provide support, investigate problems, prevent misuse, meet legal obligations, and protect rights and safety.
Public information and sharing
Information you publish or designate as public may be visible to anyone. When you submit a request, order, response, or other interaction to a creator, Streams shares the information needed for that creator to respond or fulfil the interaction.
We may also share information with providers that support hosting, data storage, security, payment processing, and other platform functions; when required by law; to address fraud, abuse, security, or legal claims; or when you direct or authorize us to do so.
Payments and third-party services
When a payment feature is available, a third-party payment provider may collect and process payment-method information. Streams may receive transaction information such as the amount, status, provider reference, and details needed for records or fulfilment. The payment provider’s privacy notice governs its handling of payment credentials.
Some AI- or avatar-assisted features rely on third-party providers. Content you submit to those features, and related technical data, may be processed by the provider to deliver the feature under its own privacy terms.
Other integrated or linked services may collect information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Cookies and sessions
Streams uses cookies or similar browser storage for functions such as sign-in, security, preferences, and request continuity. Blocking these technologies may prevent parts of Streams from working correctly.
Retention and security
We may retain personal information as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including legal, security, transaction-record, and dispute requirements.
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee complete security.
Your choices
Available account controls may let you update or remove certain information. Where applicable, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information under Streams’ control, subject to legal, security, and transaction-record requirements.
Changes
We may update this policy as Streams changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
